The properties along Camino de la Costa are right on the ocean and priced in the multi millions while other properties in this most coveted La Jolla community start at 1.6 million and head sharply up.
Muirlands: Some of La Jolla?s finest homes ranging from classic estates to sprawling ranch homes to gorgeous modern residencies are available in Muirlands. Situated on the winding streets along the West side of Mount Soledad, Muirlands is private and more secluded making it?s access to freeways a bit more removed, but residents don?t mind the trade off. With fabulous views, large lots and some of San Diego?s finest real estate, it?s not surprising that Muirland?s homes start at about $2.3 million and average much higher.
